Now Pollie Gautsch is an independently hired lawyer... an actual Cease and Desist "Order" is released from a judge and constitutes the individual as liable thereafter. THIS letter from Pollie Gautsch on behalf of Blizzard is NOT a cease and desist, its basically a threat to sue.
